Case No. 239 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 74, 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner on point of pistol molested the victim girl while she was going to coaching. Victim is minor. 4.
