JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following prayers:- "a. Set-aside the possession notice dated 31/01/2026 issued by the respondent No.1/Bank vide Annexure-J holding that the same is illegal insofar as petitioner is concerned. b. And restrain respondent/Bank official collecting the excess amount from the petitioner and c. Pass such other order or direction that this Hon'ble court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case." 2. The petitioner has filed an Undertaking Affidavit before this Court stating that an amount of Rs.1,35,000/- will be paid by the petitioner to the respondent - Bank within a period of four weeks and on that, respondent - Bank may regularize the account of the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20082 WP No. 5592 of 2026 3. The Undertaking Affidavit is taken on record. Accordingly, the following:- ORDER (i) The petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.1,35,000/- to the respondent - Bank by 10.05.2026. (ii) If the petitioner fails to pay the amount of Rs.1,35,000 to the respondent - Bank by 10.05.2026 having filed the Undertaking Affidavit before this Court, he shall pay cost of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent - Bank.
