We find that this petition is filed on a mere apprehension that the detenu might have been illegally detained by her parents and on interacting with the detenu, we do not find any justification for the institution of the same. We had passed the matter over giving the parties an hour to reconcile their difference and they now report to us that the differences have indeed been reconciled.
