1. Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. Present applicant Mohd. Shahjad S/ o Mohd. Dilshad is praying for anticipatory bail in relation to FIR dated 13.01.2026 bearing FIR/ Case Crime No. 30 of 2026 P.S. Kotwali, Manglaur District Haridwar wherein he has been implicated for the offences punishable under section 3/ 5/ 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007.
4. After arguing at length learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to surrender before the court concerned after one month, till then, he may be protected.
5. On the other side, learned A.G.A for the State have not revised any objection on the submission of learned counsel for the applicant.
6. In such view of the matter, the instant anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned on or before 11.03.2026, till then, investigation may go on, however, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant provided he cooperate with the investigation.
