JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The grievance of the petitioners is that the 1st respondent-Assistant Commissioner, Honnali Sub-Division, Honnali, had not received and registered the Appeal filed by the petitioners and therefore, this Court had directed the learned Additional Government Advocate to secure instructions from the respondent-Assistant Commissioner. 2.
