Heard Mr. Pragalbha Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Priyank Rathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 To kindly set-aside/quash the impugned order/show-cause notice dated 23.09.2025 (Annexure P/1), passed by the respondent No. 3; 10.2 To kindly direct the respondent No. 1 & 2 to conduct enquiry into the matter and take disciplinary actions against the respondent No. 4 & 5; 10.3 To impose appropriate cost on the respondent authorities for illegally passing the impugned order/show-cause notice and for harassing and humiliating the petitioner. 10.4 Any other relief(s), direction(s), which Hon’ble the Court deems fit, and proper, in the circumstances of the case.” 3. On perusal of the present petition, it transpires that the same is suffering from defects/defaults as pointed out by the Registry of this Court. The petition was filed on 17.12.2025, and despite the lapse of 3 considerable time, the said defects have not been cured, which reflects that the petitioner has filed and pursued the petition in a casual manner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, subject to depositing a cost of Rs. 2,000/- for having filed the petition in a casual manner and for not removing the defects till date, thereby wasting the precious time of the Court. The said amount shall be deposited by the petitioner before the Registry of this Court, and the receipt thereof shall be produced at the time of filing the fresh petition, if any. The amount so deposited shall be transmitted to the Government Specialized Adoption Agency, Balod (C.G.). 6.
