According to the petitioners, they are in love and they are residing together, however, due to difference in their faith, there are certain right-wing organizations, who are extending threat to the petitioners. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that, as per instructions received from the S.H.O. concerned, there is no threat to the life of the petitioners. He further submits that petitioner be permitted to approach the concerned S.H.O., whenever they face any real threat to their life. 5. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make representation to the S.H.O., Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar for protection, whenever they feel real 2026:UHC:401-DB threat to their life. If petitioners make representation to the S.H.O. concerned, he shall assess the threat perception and take necessary steps to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners. 6.
