Page No.# 2/2 3. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, for granting regular bail to the petitioner, who was arrested in connection with Kalgachia P.S. Case No. 150/2025, under Section 21(b) of the ND&PS Act, 1985. 4. This is a charge-sheeted matter, and the petitioner, vide order dated 18.03.2026, was granted interim bail, considering the fact that the petitioner was arrested from the vicinity of his own residence and there was no allegation of any recovery of contraband from the petitioner's home. 5. Having regard to the nature of the allegations against the present petitioner and the fact that the charge sheet has already been submitted, the order of interim bail is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order of interim bail dated 18.03.2026. 6.
