He undertakes that election petition bearing 'Revenue Case No.202503100400249/Section-122 Election Petition/2024-25 CG Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993' filed by the petitioner, will be decided within a period of two months. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of undertaking given by Presiding Officer, Election Tribunal, Durg (respondent No.1), this petition may be disposed of with a suitable direction. 4. Having considered the submission of counsel for the petitioner and further considering the undertaking given by the Presiding Officer, Election Tribunal Durg, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to conclude the aforesaid election petition within a period of 2 months from today. 5.
