An order passed on an application under Order 21 Rule 97 to 101 is appealable under Order 21 Rule 103 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 3. In such view of the matter, this revisional application is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, C.O. 1054 of 2026 is dismissed. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order dated December 11, 2025 which has been impugned herein upon furnishing a 2 Photostat copy thereof duly countersigned by the learned advocate on record for the petitioner. 7.
