Copy of said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 4) Communication dated 6th October, 2026 discloses registration of FIR based on complaint lodged. 5) Furthermore, communication dated 6th October, 2026 reveals indolent attitude on the part of concerned 2 police authorities in registering FIR based on complaint dated 25th August, 2026. When cognizable offence was reported vide complaint dated 25th August, 2026 much alacrity was needed so far police authority is concerned in taking steps. If same recurs in future, it will be viewed seriously. 6) In view of steps taken by concerned police authorities, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 7) Writ petition stands disposed of. 8) Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from official website of this Court.
