The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the suit in OS.No.691 of 2024 pending on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Chengalpet. 2. In the suit, the petitioners are the defendants 1 and 2. The suit has been filed by the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs seeking for partition. The first petitioner is a senior citizen, aged 79 years. A memo has already been filed before the trial Court seeking for early disposal of the suit. The suit in O.S.No.691 of 2024 is in the stage of trial, but, the trial is yet to commence. 3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
