No. 1737 of 2026 O R D E R This civil revision petition has been filed seeking for the limited relief of early disposal of the execution petition in E.P. No. 70 of 2024 against ARC No. 161 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpat. The execution petition was filed by the petitioner/decree-holder to execute the award passed in his favour in ARC No. 161 of 2023. The respondents are the judgment debtors in the said proceedings. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a mediation between the petitioner and the respondents during the pendency of the execution petition and the said mediation failed. 3. Considering the limited relief sought, this Court is of the view that no prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Executing Court namely, Principal District Court, Chengalpat, to dispose of E.P. No. 70 of 2024 filed by the petitioner/decree-holder against the respondents/judgment debtors within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2\4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P. No. 1737 of 2026 4. Since no adverse orders are passed in this civil revision petition against the respondents/judgment debtors, notice to the respondents is dispensed with, by this Court. 5. For the foregoing reasons, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Principal District Court, Chengalpat to dispose of E.P. No. 70 of 2024 against ARC No. 161 of 2023 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
