The learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation is received and it is understood that rival parties, are also present. They are themselves added private respondents. 4. In this regard, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the private respondents on notice under Section 64 BNSS and conduct enquiry and conclude the same on or before 10.05.2026 and facilitate the conduct of temple festival in Mutharaman temple as scheduled on 15.05.2026 to 17.05.2026 amicably without any hindrance. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
