Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the school from sometime in January, 2025. 3. The petitioner has made an application thereafter on the ground of serious gynecological disease for transfer from the said school. Her application has been pending with the school authorities since then. 4. The school authorities will consider the application of the petitioner by April 20, 2026 upon getting an appropriate opinion from the 2 concerned BMOH. If found eligible the application of the petitioner along with ‘NOC’ will be forwarded by the school authorities to the concerned District Inspector of Schools by April 30, 2026. 5. Concerned District Inspector of Schools will deal with the application of the petitioner, as forwarded, along with ‘NOC’ from the said school as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application. 6. The suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode. 7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
