Petitioner Mr. Rakesh Singh Ms. Rumki Guha …for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that certain conditions were imposed while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by this Court on 21.08.2023 in CRM (A) 2994 of 2023. Thereafter, the petitioner surrendered before the learned jurisdictional Court and was granted bail on 29.08.2023. The learned ACJM, Bidhannagar granted bail with the same condition as imposed by this Court. No one appears on behalf of the State. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been granted bail pursuant to an order granting anticipatory bail by this Court, it will for the petitioner to pray for relaxation of the condition on bail before the learned jurisdictional Court that had granted him bail. Such application, if made, shall be considered by the learned Court in accordance with law and without being swayed by any observations made by this Court herein or earlier. 2 With these observations, the application being CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
