Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioner Club is a society registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is frequent interference by the fourth respondent in the day to day functioning and administration of the petitioner Club. 4. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that there has been absolutely no interference on the part of the fourth respondent in the affairs of the petitioner Club. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl.
