Heard Mr. Anup Pawan Topno, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party- State of Jharkhand. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2025 in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025, registered under Sections 103(1) & 238 of B.N.S., now pending in the court of learned J.M., Ranchi. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case since there is land dispute between the parties and he is in custody since 04.07.2025. 5. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. This Court finds that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and accordingly, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
