The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charge-sheet in the matter has been submitted; however, the learned Addl. P.P submits that he has no information in that regard. 3. The petitioner had been granted the interim protection by the order dated 02.02.2006, and a statement has been made that the petitioner has also appeared before the I.O. as required by the aforesaid order. In the aforesaid circumstances, this anticipatory bail petition is closed. 4.
