Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) This Hon’ble Court had disposed of the writ petition on 04.06.2025, bearing CWP No.15169 of 2024, titled, Susheel Kumar Sharma vs. State of H.P. and others, filed by the petitioner, when a direction was given to the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner in light of CWP No.342 of 2021, titled, Yashwant Singh and others vs. State of H.P. and Ors. and CWP No.8788 of 2023, titled, Niketa Chauhan 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 vs. State of H.P. and Anr. 2. The Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, vide order dated 18.03.2026, has passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner on the ground that the case of the petitioner is entirely different from that of Sh. Yashwant Singh’s case because his services were never taken over on contract basis, as he did not complete 7 years of regular services in the year 2015. 3. Since the only direction to the respondents was to consider and decide the case of the petitioner, in light of the judgments referred above, the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with and the petition is accordingly disposed of.
