Only the appeal filed by the petitioner no. 1 is pending and he prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner no. 1 as early as possible. 3. In view of the above, the appellate Tribunal is requested to consider the appeal of the petitioner no. 1 and to dispose of the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
