Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. Petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they along with other accused persons brutally assaulted informant while committing robbery and also robbed cash of Rs. 95,000/- and one mobile phone.
