While being so, the petitioner’s account was freezed since a sum of Rs.63,340/- was credited into the petitioner’s account. In pursuant to the registration of FIR in Crime No.390 of 2024, the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally District; Cyberabad, Telangana ordered to return a sum of Rs.63,340/- to the complainant.
