The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant invested some amount in a trading platform, out of which, a sum of Rs.19,62,850/- was transferred to this petitioner’s account. Hence, the complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has approached one Sabarish Sekar viz., the business consultant for getting a loan, for which, he suggested that there should be high level transaction. Therefore, he asked the petitioner to give the account number as well as the sim card linked to the account. The said Sabarish Sekar took control over his account and transacted the amount. The petitioner absolutely has not all involved in any such criminal activities. Even the said amount was subsequently transferred to Sabarish Sekar’s account. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner is a resident of Thiruthuraipoondi and he has also submitted the Aadhaar Card. He would also submit that the petitioner has no relatives at Raichur, Karnataka District, so as to get effective legal remedy. Side), appearing for the respondent police, while opposing the grant of anticipatory bail, reiterated the prosecution case. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances and upon the fact that the petitioner is an ordinary citizen of Tamil Nadu, whereas the FIR has been registered in the State of Karnataka and that the petitioner has no roots in Karnataka and requires reasonable time to approach the competent Court there for appropriate relief, this Court is of the firm view that it is appropriate to grant interstate anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of four weeks. 6. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioner shall surrender before the learned District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, within seven(7) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order; (ii) On such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on condition that he shall execute a bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate.
