The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2026. It has been alleged that several miscreants were apprehended by the police and from their possession, brown sugar and country made pistol were recovered. The person from whom the country made pistol was recovered, had disclosed that he had purchased the same from Bittu Mishra and the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore, appears to have been implicated on the confessional statement of apprehended accused. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner –cum- Special Judge, Ranchi.
