Case No.35/2026. 3. Today is the 60th day of detention. No Charge-Sheet has been filed till now. Therefore, this Bail Application is allowed. 4. The petitioner, Babul Hussain shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Boko. 5.
