In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of directing the respondent No.2 i.e. the Divisional Forest Officer -cum- Competent Authority, Chaibasa, West Singhbhum to decide the pending proceeding being Confiscation Proceeding No.18 of 2024, as early as possible, if not already decided. 5.
