The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had purchased the property comprising S.F. No. 558/3A (measuring 0.81 acres/cents), S.F. No. 558/3B (measuring 0.25 acres/cents), S.F. No. 564/1 (measuring 0.40 acres/cents), S.F. No. 566/3A (measuring 1.32 acres/cents), and S.F. No. 566/4 (measuring 0.37 acres/cents), totalling 3.15 acres/cents, vide Sale Deed dated 20.11.2009. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.06.2023 to respondents 1 and 2 to upload S.F. No. 564/1 measuring 0.40 acres/cents of land in accordance with the physical patta. Since the said representation yielded no fruitful result, the petitioner submitted a fresh representation dated 15.06.2026. Since subsequent representation has also not been considered till date, the petitioner, left with no other alternative, has approached this Court by filing the present https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
