The respondent/wife has been set exparte in HMOP.No.391 of 2024. Since the aforesaid HMOP is pending from 2024 onwards, the petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the same. 3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of HMOP.No.391 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. After giving due consideration to the fact that the application has been filed by the respondent/wife seeking to set aside the exparte order passed in HMOP.No.391 of 2024, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of HMOP.No.391 of 2024, after disposing of the application filed by the respondent/wife seeking to set aside the exparte order, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent in this CRP is dispensed with.
