Ms. U.Meharunisha, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 231 days in representing the criminal revision petition. 3. Mr.A.Kripakaran, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent has no objection for the delay condone application being allowed. 4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition as justified and convincing, the delay of 231 days in representing the above criminal revision petition is hereby condoned. The petition is allowed. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the total arrears amount till July 2026 is approximately Rs.15 lakhs and his client is ready to pay 50% of the arrears amount by way of bank draft in the name of the respondent No.1/wife namely C.Anita Francina to show his bonafide and he will also regularly pay the future maintenance amount from the Month of August 2026 on or before 5th of every english calender month without fail till further orders of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis SHAMIM AHMED, J . msr this court. 6.
