Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- i. "Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent to comply the order dated 05-09-2021, passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka at Annexure-A in the interest of justice & equity. ii. Alternatively, the Respondent may be directed to pay a sum of Rs.72,78,854/- (Rupees Seventy Two Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand Eight Hundred And Fifty Four Only) with 18% interest from the date of default till realization, PF, ESI of the Employees with applicable rate of interest to the Petitioner. iii. Pass such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations dated 07.12.2019, 09.12.2019 and 30.01.2020 which had been directed to be considered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23773/2021 has still remained unconsidered - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5510 WP No. 5914 of 2025 and in that background, petitioner is before this Court. 3. The respondent is directed to consider the representations dated 07.12.2019, 09.12.2019 and 30.01.2020 in terms of direction issued on 05.09.2022 in W.P.No.22773/2021 and pass necessary orders within a period of 60 days. 4.
