Sri Dharani Kumar B., learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 30.06.2026 to the Registrar (Judicial), Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:
“It is to submit that the petitioner in the above writ petition informed me that the petitioner intends to withdraw the subject Writ Petition preferred by him, as he is getting aged and does not want to continue the litigation and wanted to live peacefully. He even addressed a letter dated 28.06.2026, to that effect which is enclosed to this letter.
As such, the office may kindly be posted the above writ petition i.e., W.P.No.21746 of 2012 for withdrawal tomorrow’s list.”

learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
