ORDER (Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The father of Gayathri / detenu has instituted this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking her production. According to the petitioner, his daughter was missing since 30.03.2026 and could not be found despite police complaint. Hence this petition. 2.When the matter is called today, Mr.Malarvannan, learned Government Counsel (Crl. Side) produces the detenu, whose date of birth is 08.03.1998. The parents of the detenu are also present before this Court. There is thus no merit in the apprehension of the petitioner that the detenu may have been abducted or detained against her wishes.
