He further submitted that the charge sheet has also been filed in this case. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8260 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.6962 of 2026 vide order dated 27.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
