Learned counsel for the petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:- i) "Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing the Office Memorandum issued by the 2nd Respondent - Chief Executive Office of Zilla Panchayat bearing No.KooJiPa:AaDaLiTa:Seve-2:Mullusoge:Gra - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:3380 WP No. 33825 of 2018 Pa:33:2016-17 dated 14.07.2017 (produced as Annexure-A); and or ii) Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing the Endorsement issued by the 4th Respondent- Panchayat Development Officer of Guddehosur Gram Panchayat bearing No.GuGraPa/2017- 18/76/31/07/2017 dated 28.07.2017 (produced as Annexure-B); and / or iii) Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing the Memorandum issued by 3rd Respondent-Executive Officer, Somwarpet, Taluk Panchayat bearing No.TaPa.Soo/AaDaLiTa/2017-18 dated 21.08.2017 (produced as Annexure-C); and / or iv) Declare that the communication dt. 11.11.2014 bearing No.GraAaPa 86 GraPaA 2014 and instructions/handbook/ guidelines dated Nil operates prospectively and does not apply to the layout approved by the 4th respondent-Guddehosur Gram Panchayat in the year 2009-2010 (produced as Annexure-D); and / or v) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents more particularly Respondent No.4 to issue Form No.9 & 11A to the Petitioner and to collect the Property Tax, Fee, Cess as applicable towards the Schedule Property; and / or vi) Issue such other Writ or order as deemed necessary in the facts and circumstances of the above Petition, in the interest of justice & equity." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the above writ petition. Hence, the petitioner has instructed to not press the above writ petition. Therefore, it is prayed before this Hon'ble Court to kindly take the memo on record in the interest of justice and equity. 3.
