The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025 (S.T. No. 384 of 2025, G.R. No. 1688 of 2025) for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(a) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-A), 25(7), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of District and Sessions Judge, Hazaribagh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the only allegation against the petitioner is that one live cartridge has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody for more than six months. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of being involved in one case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
