Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the Respondent has stated that he has no objection in allowing this petition. 4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 113 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned. 5.
