[2026:RJ-JP:12334] (2 of 2) [CRLAS-573/2026] ----Respondents For Appellant(s) : Mr. Prakash Kumar Jha For Respondent(s) : Mr. Vivek Choudhary-PP JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 24/03/2026 Counsel for the appellants submits that though charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners for the offence under Section 3 of the SC/ST Act but during the course of trial, charges have not been framed against the appellants for the above stated offence. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, bail application under Section 483 of BNSS is maintainable. The appeal filed under Section 14A of the SC/ST Act is not maintainable. Hence, he wants to withdraw these appeals with liberty to file regular bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS. Considering the above, all these appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the orders and the Vakalatnama to the counsel for the appellants after retaining the photocopies of the same on record.
