Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2025 in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, S.T. Case No. 266 of 2025, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 308(4), 308(5), 61(2), 317(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and under section 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 8093 of 2025 vide order dated 18.09.2025. He submits that altogether three persons were apprehended on the spot including the petitioner and out of them two persons have already been enlarged on bail, after rejection of the bail application of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that there are six criminal antecedents of the petitioner of similar nature and the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merits. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and also the fact 2026:JHHC:8025 2 that bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merits, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. The instant bail application is accordingly rejected. 7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through ‘FAX/E-mail’.
