No.9 of 2025 in O.S. No.176 of 2021. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3679 of 2026 2.Under the aforesaid order, the application filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs seeking to scrap the Advocate Commissioner’s report and surveyor plan has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioners/plaintiffs can very well cross examine the respondents/defendants in respect of the objections made by them for the earlier Advocate Commissioner’s report, which was submitted pursuant to the orders passed by the District Munsif Court, Sulur, Coimbatore in I.A. No.4 of 2022. 3.This Court has perused and examined the impugned order and does not find any infirmity in the reasoning given by the Trial Court for dismissing the application filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs through I.A. No.9 of 2025. 4.When this Court has expressed its view to the learned counsel for the petitioners/plaintiffs, learned counsel for the petitioners/plaintiffs seeks for a direction from this Court to dispose of O.S. No.176 of 2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 6.Accordingly, this Court is not interfering with the impugned order passed by the Trial Court, but instead issues direction to the Trial Court i.e. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3679 of 2026 District Munsif Court, Sulur, Coimbatore to dispose of O.S. No.176 of 2021 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also grants permission to the petitioners to cross examine the earlier Advocate Commissioner appointed by the Trial Court in I.A. No.4 of 2022 with regard to the report submitted by him. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
