Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 7th September, 2026 when it is submitted on behalf of petitioner and State respondents that on concluding investigation in Beniapukur Police Station Case No.199 of 2026 dated 7th July, 2026 charge-sheet was filed. 2. However, on behalf of petitioner prayer is made for giving direction upon concerned police authority to provide protection to the petitioner. 3. Ms. Manju Agarwal, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents submits on instruction that police is keeping vigil and if any situation arises requiring intervention by the police authority, necessary steps shall be taken. 4.
