No. 151 of 2023 has been filed by the petitioner seeking for dissolution of his marriage with the respondent. 3. Originally, the H.M.O.P. was filed before the Family Court at Sivaganga where the petitioner is residing and thereafter, pursuant to an order passed in a transfer petition filed by the respondent, the said H.M.O.P. was transferred to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore. As seen from the civil revision petition, the pleadings in H.M.O.P. No. 151 of 2023 on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore have been completed. Since H.M.O.P .is of the year 2023, the petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the same and no prejudice will be caused to any other party if a direction is issued to the Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of H.M.O.P.
