Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 11.03.2025, Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed peremptory order for removing the defect(s) and since the defect(s) could not be cured out within the time prescribed, therefore, the restoration [2026:RJ-JP:7720] (2 of 2) [WRES-421/2025] application has been dismissed by recording formal order by the Registrar (Judicial) on 25.04.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is keen to pursue the restoration application and further undertakes that the defect(s) pointed out by the Office in restoration application shall be removed within a period of one week from today. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 4. S.B.
