Heard learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. Reference has been made to the last order dated 11.12.2025 wherein the petitioner has confined his prayer to the prayer no. (ii). Prayer no. (ii) of this writ petition reads as follows: “(ii) for direction upon the respondent concerned to pay the gratuity, LIC with interest of her husband which has not been paid to the petitioner till date.” 4. Today, learned counsel for the respondents had handed over the document in support of his statement that the gratuity amount along with the interest has been paid. It also suggests that the LIC amount has already been paid. This document is kept on record. 2026:JHHC:122 2 5. Considering the fact that the amounts have been paid, in my opinion the prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition which is confined to prayer no. (ii) had already been redressed. 6. If the petitioner has got any other grievance it will be open to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority of Central Coalfields Limited. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
