In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that these petitions are squarely covered by the 9 judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No. 777 of 2021 & bunch of petitions decided on 17.2.2026 in case of Rajendra Prasad Patel and Others Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others. 3. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of Rajendra Prasad Patel (Supra).
