This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 02.06.2026 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9973 of 2026 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5111 of 2026 in Crl.A(MD) No.299 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court while suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner vide its order dated 20.04.2026 has directed the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood relative, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate, Shencottah. Since the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition he has filed a petition to modify the said condition and thereby this Court by an order dated 02.06.2026 directed the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of whom one should be a relative (paternal uncle). He submitted that he does not have any relative from paternal side and he has relatives only from the maternal side, thereby he has filed this petition to modify the said condition. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side). 4. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
