This is an application seeking permission to prefer the connected civil revision petition against the Judgment and Order dated 23.06.2015 passed in T.S. No.32 of 2005 without production of the certified copy of the Judgment and Order. It is submitted that the applicants have already applied for the certified copy of the Judgment and Order dated 23.06.2015 however, the same has not been obtained by the applicants till date. In the above situation, the applicants are granted exemption from producing the certified copy of the Judgment and Order dated 23.06.2015 at this stage, with a condition that the same shall be placed before this Court as and when it is obtained.
