The applicant, who is in custody since 03.01.2024, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T Case No.165 of 2024, arising out of Chandil P.S Case No.75 of 2024, corresponding to G.R Case No.237 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 302 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge, Chandil. 3. The prayer for bail of the applicant was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2025 passed in B.A No.1720 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application as the prosecution case is at the advance stage. 5.
