Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent No.2. The ranks of the parties are retained as per tribunal for the sake of convenience. 3. The injured/claimant met with an accident on 21.06.2021 and filed the claim petition claiming compensation of Rs.15,00,000/-. As such, not granted any amount under the head loss of future earning capacity and the said observation of the tribunal, is not on proper appreciation of facts and is set aside. 8. This Court finds it reasonable to take 1/3rd of 31.2% i.e, 10% to the whole body disability and the loss of future earning capacity comes to Rs.15,000 x 12 x 14 x 10% = Rs.2,52,000/-. Further, the petitioner spent Rs.1,28,720/- towards medical expenses as per Ex.P26, medical bills and this Court finds it reasonable to grant said amount for medical expenses.
