Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. Challenge is to the coercive order of recovery of the loan amount by resorting to the process as prescribed under the provision of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
3. We, on 13.03.2026, had granted reprieve to the Petitioner as under:
“Petitioner is put to warning that in the event he does not remit the amount undertaken before us, the Petition runs the risk of dismissal on that ground itself.”
Despite warning in the above order, the Petitioner has not remitted any amount and therefore, the petition is liable to be dismissed as per the warning itself. Ordered accordingly and Writ Petition is dismissed. However, this order shall not come in the way of Petitioner
working out his remedy elsewhere in accordance with law and in that connection, all contentions are kept open.
